Please note that your return may be subject to denial based on our sole discretion in case we detect fraud, misuse, bad faith or multiple abuse attempts that aim to take advantage of our system. These attempts may lead to additional financial and legal charges for the misbehaving customer accounts.

Exchanges can only be requested for the same item in alternate sizes.

If your exchange cannot be completed due to unavailable stock or a different item is requested, a refund will be issued.

Once you return had been delivered please allow our team 14 days to inspect & process your return/exchange. In the case your return has not been processed within that timeframe, please contact our Support Team and our team will handle your return immediately!
- All of our items are shipped in separately packaged special NUAR branded product sleeves. Please ensure that you return your item in the original product sleeve and in the original, undamaged condition it arrived in or your return will be subject to denial.

All of our items include special NUAR branded hangtags and woven care labels. Please ensure these are attached as original and are not damaged or your return will subject to denial.

Items must be unwashed and not put through a dryer.

Items covered in animal/human hair are subject to denial.

Items covered in glitter, powder, skin cells, or other matter are subject to denial.

Items with piling may be subject to denial.

Items with strong odors or smells like smoke, cologne, detergent, scented sprays, body odor, etc., will not be accepted.

Items with markings or other stains (such as deodorant, food, or ink) will not be accepted.

Any returns that are delivered outside of the 30-day return window after delivery may be subject to denial. Please contact our support team if your return is delayed unexpectedly.

If your return is denied, we will notify you via email. Your order will then be reshipped to you after you paid for the applicable shipping fees. Please note that we do not cover the shipping costs for reshipping denied returns.
Missing / Wrong / Damaged item in the package

In the unlikely event that you've received an incorrect item or an item is missing from your order, or an item is damaged in any way, please get in contact with our Support Team and we'll resolve the issue for you.
Refunds

Upon your return package's delivery and processing, the cost of the returned item(s) will be issued to the original method of payment used when placing the order. This can take up to 14 days to process. In the case your refund has not been processed within that timeframe, please contact our Support Team and our team will handle your refund immediately!
- In order to prevent any abuse of our coupon/discount system, please note that in case your order had any kind of coupon or discount applied, the discounted amount will be deducted from the refund, even in case of partial returns/refunds.
